Doctor Alesh is passionate about the prevention of oral disease and helping patients meet their oral health goals. She is a steward for improving access to care for underserved populations and increasing the diversity of the dental workforce.
Who is Doctor Alesh?
She was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island and is an alumnus of Classical High school. At four years old she decided she wanted to become a dentist because of the positive impact of her pediatric dentist.
She went on to become a ”triple jumbo” at Tufts University. As an undergraduate student she triple majored in community Heath, child development, and biomedical engineering. As part of the early acceptance program she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and earned her doctorate in medical dentistry.
At Tufts dental she was very involved in student activities serving as president of the Student National Dental Association. Doctor Alesh completed her education at Tufts by earning her masters in public health at Tufts Medical School.
Doctor Alesh owns Marigold Dental Studio in Pawtucket, RI and provides care to underserved patients in Northern RI.
In addition to clinical dentistry, Doctor Alesh also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of RI Dental Health Program. She continues to show her love and loyalty to Tufts as a member of the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Board of Advisors.
She has a profound love for learning and challenging herself academically. She continues to be a life long learner by engaging in continuing education courses.

With over 15 years of experience in many aspects of the dental field, Doctor Alesh is well suited to to speak to students and young professionals about the merits of a dental career. She also enjoys speaking about academic excellence, time management, and the intersection of motherhood and entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneur
Doctor Alesh is entrepreneur and clinician. She launched her first business, Primary Weddings and Events (PWE), in 2015. Through PWE she is able to showcase her prowess and love for logistics and organization by helping couples coordinate their wedding days. She launched Eliqa Headwear, a line of headwear solutions for healthcare professionals that includes satin lined scrub caps, in 2020. Through Headgear she is able to serve healthcare providers all around the world as they work to serve their patients.
